Air plasma cutting machine is among our premium range of components. As we incorporate the latest production methodologies, we fabricate this Air plasma cutting machine according to the existing industrial norms. When air is heated up to 30000’ F it undergoes iconic changes and reaches the fourth state of matter, namely plasma. To make it more cost efficient we use compressed air other than Argon/Nitrogen for plasma formation. Therefore it is called plasma formation.It has diverse cutting capacity for different metals.

• As torch is air cooled they have no water leakage problems
• Hand torch head is 230 gms
• Machines torch head 120 gms
• Air cooled torches up to 50 mm capacity with 100% duty cycle
• Spacer for easy operation, making it user friendly, as well giving clear vision of dot marks to cut with high accuracy
